Notifications By Type (Appointments: Training)

The following notification types only apply to appointments with Appointment Type = Training

*Appointments: Training module is not available to all accounts, please speak to your Account Manager for more information

 

Invited- Training

This notification is delivered when one or more users are invited to participate in an appointment.

 

Participant Unassigned - Training

This notification is delivered when an LSC admin unassigns a participant who previously accepted an invitation to an appointment.

 

Scheduled - Training

This notification is delivered when all participants required for this appointment were confirmed by the LSC admin.

 

Scheduled Attendee Participation Cancelled - Training

This notification is delivered when the user who was previously scheduled canceled his/her participation in an appointment.

 

Scheduled Participant Unassigned - Training

This notification is delivered when an LSC admin unassigned a participant who was previously confirmed for an appointment.

 

Canceled - Training

This notification is delivered when an appointment is automatically canceled if not all required participants were scheduled, or manually by an admin.

 

Appointment Changed - Training

This notification is delivered when a change in the appointment (such as time or date) has occurred.

 

Appointment Changed, Reconfirm Required - Training

This notification is delivered when critical appointment details were changed and requires one or more participants to reconfirm.

 

Appointment Changed, Opportunity Lost - Training

This notification is delivered when critical appointment details were changed and one or more participants have lost the opportunity to participate in an appointment (such as time conflict or different language).

 

Note Received - Training

This notification is delivered when a new note is added to an appointment.
