All appointments are visible in the Appointments module located at the bottom of the screen in the Unified mobile app. This is the default view you will see as an Interpreter after launching the mobile app.
All OPI, VRI, and Onsite appointments scheduled for the future are grouped together in the “Active” tab when viewing the Appointments section of the app. Appointments can be filtered by Communication Type and status (Invited, Scheduled, etc.) by clicking the Communication Type drop-down and the Statuses drop-down, respectfully.
Note: If the user has any OPI, VRI, or Onsite appointments scheduled to take place today, the appointment will be pinned to the top of the list in the Appointments view.
Completed appointments can be found in the Completed tab. Appointments displayed here can also be filtered by Communication Type or by Action Required by tapping the respective dropdowns.
Appointment information, additional details, and uploads can be seen by tapping an appointment and switching between the General, Details, and Uploads views.
