How do I know if I’m online

When you log in to your interpreter account - it doesn’t mean that you are online just yet.

To go “online” and be ready to accept the calls you have to make sure that your caller app is opened and the status is Online.

  • If the caller did not open automatically after you logged in - click on the icon on the top right to open caller.
  • If the caller is red and status is Offline - click on the red circle to go Online.
